The farm adjoining Castle Chase woodland has a site with road access suitable for small festivals, and mains water is available. The Iron-Age Hill Fort is a secluded grassy place surrounded by trees, far from the outside world, with a gentle atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. The site is restricted to eco-friendly events.

Site 1:

Croissant Neuf Summer Party was held for the first time in August 2007, with the famous solar-powered tent hosting many bands and entertainers.

Site 2:

Morningstar Lodge holds an annual dance festival with up to 100 members. Other small camping retreats are also held on the site.
